Refund policy

Effective June 2026. This policy applies to OptiPlax purchases made on optiplax-official.com.

Our 60-day promise

We back every OptiPlax order with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If the product is not right for you, you may request a refund of the purchase price within 60 days of the delivery date. The guarantee applies whether your bottles are full, partly used, or empty.

Who qualifies

Refunds are available to customers who purchased directly through this authorized portal. Because OptiPlax is not sold on Amazon, eBay, or in pharmacies, purchases made elsewhere cannot be honored here and should be taken up with that seller. Each household may use the satisfaction guarantee once.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] or call +1 (406) 624-7180 within the 60-day window, with your order number.
2. We reply with a return authorization and the return address.
3. Ship the bottles back using a trackable method, keeping your tracking number.
4. Once we receive the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional few business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

What is not refundable

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable. We cannot refund orders requested after the 60-day window, or products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Promotional digital bonuses included with an order have no cash value and are not separately refundable.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping where we were at fault.
