OptiPlax ships from the United States, direct from the authorized 2026 batch. Here is what to expect from the moment you order to the moment it arrives, and how to return an order if you need to.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Average delivery within the contiguous United States is 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email at checkout and a separate email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.

Tracking your order
When your order ships, the tracking link in your email updates within 24 hours. If your tracking has not moved after two business days, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will look into it right away.
Returns and refunds
OptiPlax is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, contact support within 60 days of delivery for a return authorization and the fulfillment address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the purchase price is refunded once the package is received, usually within 3 to 5 business days. Wrong or damaged items
If an order arrives damaged, or the batch ID on your bottle does not match the current batch on the verification page, contact us before using the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund and help you confirm authenticity.
